1. Custom Jewelry Orders

• All products, including customized and engraved jewelry, are made to order.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there’s a mistake on our part.

2. Payment and Pricing

• Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payments via all major payment methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard shipping takes 4 to 5 working days (includes production time).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Ring Reza is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen events.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to our customized production process.

5. Accuracy of Information

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (shipping address, contact details) during checkout.
• If there is an error in the shipping information, we are not responsible for delays or additional shipping fees.
