At Ring Reza, we take pride in crafting personalized jewelry just for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if we send you the wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Customized & Engraved Jewelry: Non-returnable unless we made an error.
• If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Replacement

• Email us at ringrezapk@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos of the item received.
• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items with personalized engravings or custom designs.
• Returns due to change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.
